Hosting Events
As part of our selection process, we ask your group for a service fee for an exclusive tour about the Estate of choice, to walk the property and explain its possibilities. The charge will be a credit toward the estate price. We are kid and pet friendly.
Price: $100.00 service charge
Current event starting rates FOR AN ENTIRE ESTATE ONLY with 8 hour event minimum (Count hosts, guests, vendors, staff, and performers in your total headcount.) Weekends (Friday and Saturday Nights 8 hour minimum)

- Up to 100 people = $18,000
- 101 to 125 people = $20,000
- 126 to 150 people = $22,000
- 151 to 175 people = $24,000
- 176 to 200 people = $26,000
- 201 to 225 people = $28,000
- 226 to 250 people = $30,000
- 251 to 275 people = $32,000
- 276 to 300 people = $34,000
- 301 to 350 people = $36,000
- 351 to 400 people = $38,000
- 401 to 500 people = $40,000
- 501 to 600 people = $42,000
Rates are 10% higher during national holidays, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Cinco de Mayo along with their related weekends.
