Kevin Lee is the premier creative designing many exclusive Los Angeles events and phenomenal celebrity weddings, our production planner has become the most wanted lifestyle event planner in Los Angeles, and the exclusive partner of LA Luxuries. Our planner and his talented staff of organizers and designers are known for their graceful, avant garde, and luxurious creations. He is well known for the most creative designs and sophisticated productions. From grand awards shows such as the Oscar’s, Grammy’s and Emmy’s, to incredible weddings, private celebrity events and Hollywood premiers.
 
Creating one of a kind custom floral is his specialty. Whether an elegant pave, a traditional design or a sculptural display. 
 
LA Luxuries and partners will attend estate walk-throughs in order to find the right design and space. The team will be the first to arrive and the last to leave the production. We are onsite at all times and can speedily handle any situation that can come about. We are available as a consultant to help clientele on guest accommodation, event permits, transportation, technical walk through showings and signing any venue contracts. Our event planner can help with planning, event production, and event design.

Hosting Events

As part of our selection process, we ask your group for a service fee for an exclusive tour about the Estate of choice, to walk the property and explain its possibilities. The charge will be a credit toward the estate price. We are kid and pet friendly.

Price: $100.00 service charge

Current event starting rates FOR AN ENTIRE ESTATE ONLY with 8 hour event minimum (Count hosts, guests, vendors, staff, and performers in your total headcount.) Weekends (Friday and Saturday Nights 8 hour minimum)

  • Up to 100 people = $18,000
  • 101 to 125 people = $20,000
  • 126 to 150 people = $22,000
  • 151 to 175 people = $24,000
  • 176 to 200 people = $26,000
  • 201 to 225 people = $28,000
  • 226 to 250 people = $30,000
  • 251 to 275 people = $32,000
  • 276 to 300 people = $34,000
  • 301 to 350 people = $36,000
  • 351 to 400 people = $38,000
  • 401 to 500 people = $40,000
  • 501 to 600 people = $42,000

Rates are 10% higher during national holidays, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Cinco de Mayo 
along with their related weekends.

Event organization

  • Our guests are welcome to enter the grounds to prepare the estate, have a celebration, spend the night, and the following morning after the event, tear down, collect your belongings, rest, and enjoy the property until 11am. 

Additional Charges
  • Cleaning fee’s starting at: $1,000
  • Pool/jacuzzi heating Starting at: $100 each day
  • City tax: 14% of overnight stay portion of rent
  • $150 penalty charge per additional person above the event rate plan you select.
  • 10% of the rental amount for each additional hour beyond eight hours that an event overextends.

Parking
  • We recommend using shuttles, valet, Uber, and Lyft. Inquire as to need of valet.
